110 t转炉炉壳耳轴座裂纹焊接修复技术研究与应用

摘要 针对某钢厂110 t转炉炉壳壳耳轴座出现的裂纹问题,该文从裂纹的特点、产生裂纹的原因、耳轴座焊接性能等几个方面进行对比分析,制定了采用奥氏体不锈钢材料冷焊修复的方案,经过焊接修复验证,解决了转炉炉壳耳轴座焊接修复难题,对类似材质的母材的焊接修复具有借鉴意义。 In response to the crack problem of the 110t converter shell trunnion seat in a certain steel plant,the characteristics of the cracks,the reasons for the cracks and the welding performance of the trunnion seat are compared and analyzed in this article,and a cold welding repair scheme using the Austenitic stainless steel material is then made.After the welding repair verification,the welding repair problem of the converter shell trunnion seat has been solved,which has reference significance for welding repair of the similar base material.
