Objective To evaluate the effect of the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)high-fidelity simulation training in medical clinical education through theoretical knowledge and comprehensive score, and to observe whether the clinical experience of ECMO affects the effect of training. Methods From September 2022 to December 2022,the refresher trainees of the center were selected as participants, and 4 doctors with teaching qualifications were selected as simulation lecturers. The training lasted for 2 days. The training effect were evaluated through professional written examination, assessment indicators and questionnaire survey. Results A total of 20 participants were included in this study,75%of them were clinicians, and 45%of the participants'hospitals had not yet carried out ECMO.The results showed that all participants'theoretical knowledge, comprehensive scores and other indicators were significantly improved after the high-fidelity simulation training(P<0.05),and the participants without ECMO clinical experience had the same effect. Conclusion ECMO high-fidelity simulation training can significantly improve the participants'ECMO related theoretical knowledge and ability to deal with problems, and it is not affected by the ECMO clinical experience.
