摘要
当今时代,数字经济蓬勃发展,对我国的科技发展提出了更高的要求。2016年以来,信息技术应用创新(简称信创)迅速发展,但是信创环境下的信息系统实施方法尚不成熟。企业现有的信息系统多数是基于x86架构开发,规模庞大且基本都不能直接在信创环境下运行,如何迁移适配成了信创系统实施过程中的难点问题。面对上述挑战,海油信科结合多年的信息化建设经验和近年的信创项目实践情况,对信创项目实施方法进行了一系列的研究,希望借此帮助海油集团公司及其他企业推进信创项目落地。
In today's era,the flourishing development of the digital economy has put forward higher requirements for China's technological development.Since 2016,information technology application innovation(referred to as Xinchuang)has developed rapidly,but the implementation methods of information systems in the Xinchuang environment are still immature.Most of the existing information systems of enterprises are developed based on x86 architecture,with a large scale and almost no direct operation in the information innovation environment.How to migrate and adapt has become a difficult problem in the implementation process of information innovation systems.Faced with the above challenges,CNOOC Information Technology has conducted a series of research on the implementation methods of information innovation projects based on years of experience in information construction and recent practical experience in information innovation projects,hoping to help CNOOC Group and other enterprises promote the implementation of information innovation projects.
