摘要
高分辨、高灵敏、快速实时的微小血管可视化技术对癌症、脑小血管疾病、冠心病等疾病的精准诊断、早期干预和治疗监测具有重要的临床价值。而从复杂的超声信号中准确分离出血流信号是微小血管成像的主要难点之一。为克服这一困难,杂波抑制技术在超声成像领域的应用得到了广泛关注和研究。目前已有多种杂波抑制方法被提出,包括高通滤波器、奇异值分解、鲁棒主成分分析和独立分量分析等。本文综述了这些杂波抑制方法的基本原理、优缺点及其在超声微小血管成像领域的研究进展,并探讨了各种方法未来的发展方向和潜力。杂波抑制技术的不断创新将进一步提高超声微小血管成像的信噪比与灵敏度,使其在临床上发挥更大的应用价值。
High-resolution,high-sensitivity,and real-time visualization of microvasculature has significant clinical application value in early diagnosis,intervention and treatment monitoring of cancer,coronary disease,cerebral small vessel disease and other diseases.One of the main challange of microvascular imaging is how to accurately separate blood flow signals from complex clutter information,and clutter suppression techniques have thus become an important research direction in the field of microvascular imaging.Several clutter suppression techniques currently used,including high-pass filtering,singular value decomposition(SVD),robust principal component analysis(RPCA),independent component analysis(ICA)and so on.In this article,we review the concepts,benefits,limitations and applications of clutter suppression techniques and consider their potential for further improvement in ultrasound microvascular imaging.The signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity of ultrasonic microvascular imaging are thought to be further enhanced with constant innovation in clutter suppression techniques,providing major contributions to clinical applications.
