10kV交联聚乙烯电缆熔接头制作影响因素仿真研究

摘要 10 kV交联聚乙烯电缆故障后等径修复受到广泛关注。文章以240 mm2截面10 kV交联聚乙烯电缆为研究对象,基于现有修复工艺,利用COMSOL软件建模,开展等径修复过程中常见影响因素计算分析研究。研究表明,在修复时间为30 min,且保证3层加热带缠绕的情况下,尽可能提高导体电流,可减小接头内部各层温度分布差异,有效提升电缆载流量。 Equal﹣diameter repair of 10 kV crosslinked polyethylene cable after failure has received extensive attention.In this paper,the 240 mm2 section 10 kV cross﹣linked polyethylene cable is taken as the research object.Based on the existing repair process,COMSOL software is used to model,and the common influencing factors in the equal path repair process are calculated and analyzed.Research shows that when the repair time is limited to 30 minutes,the conductor current can be increased as much as possible to reduce the temperature distribution difference of each layer inside the joint and effectively increase the cable current﹣carrying capacity while ensuring the winding of the three layers of heating belts.
