摘要
本文介绍了IC限流器用在PS3与PS2/PS1功率源隔离中起限制电流的要求及其应用。首先,比较不同IEC 62368-1版本对IC限流器可靠性试验的差异,总结IC限流器在最新标准中的应用。阐述满足标准所要求可靠性试验程序的IC限流器可以豁免单一故障测试,默认为受限制电源并划分到PS2功率源,降低防火防护要求,为测试领域提供技术参考。
This article introduces the requirements and applications of IC current limiters for limiting current in PS3 and PS2/PS1 power source isolation.First,the differences in reliability tests for IC current limiters among different versions of IEC 62368-1 are compared,and the application of IC current limiters in the latest standard is summarized.This essay explains that IC current limiters that meet the required reliability test procedures of the standard could be exempt from single fault testing,default to restricted power sources,and be classified as PS2 power sources,reducing fire protection requirements and providing technical reference for the testing field.
