二次配风引射式低氮燃烧器设计与试验研究

摘要 本文介绍了一种二次风引射预混式燃烧的低氮燃烧器,通过强化二次空气按设计的引射高度、方向以及流量强制进入火焰内部,实现二次空气引射预混式燃烧,提高预混效果及燃烧效率,降低火焰燃烧温度,进而降低氮氧化物排放值。基于该原理进行了燃烧器结构设计,并通过数值模拟仿真分析及热态试验相结合的研究方式,对该燃烧器的性能进行了研究。结果表明,在理想的二次空气引射条件下该燃烧器可实现低氮燃烧效果,满足低氮排放要求。 In this paper,a low nitrogen oxide burner with secondary air ejection premixed combustion is introduced.By strengthening the secondary air forced into the flame according to the designed ejector height,direction and flow rate,the secondary air ejection premixed combustion is realized,the premixed effect and combustion efficiency are improved,the flame combustion temperature and the nitrogen oxide emission value are reduced.Based on this principle,the structure of the burner is redesigned,and the performance of the burner is studied through the combination of numerical simulation analysis and thermal test.The results show that under ideal secondary air ejection conditions,the burner can achieve low nitrogen oxide combustion and meet the requirements of low nitrogen oxide emission.
