摘要
通过爬取美团网、大众点评网与携程网中对广西民族博物馆的评论文本,运用扎根理论框架对其进行编码分析,揭示民族博物馆旅游体验形成的内在机理并提炼出相应的理论模型。研究表明:场馆因素、馆方因素、观展因素是影响民族博物馆旅游体验的三个方面,旅游者的旅游体验来源于个体对场馆呈现、馆方水平与观展感受的综合认知。因此,可通过塑造民族文化地标、聚焦民族风貌呈现、创新衍生服务业态、丰富数字展览形式等途径来提升民族博物馆旅游体验。
Ethnic museums,as crucial carriers of various ethnic cultures,serve much to help understand these cultures,promote the exchange and dissemination of various ethnic cultures,and strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation.By collecting reviews of the Anthropology Museum of Guangxi from three major tourism-related apps in China,namely Meituan,Dianping,and Ctrip,this paper codes and analyzes the collected information in the framework of the Grounded Theory to reveal the internal mechanism and corresponding theoretical model.The findings reveal that venue factors like image and location,museum factors like management and services,and visitor factors like their feelings toward and understanding of what is on display,are the three aspects that influence the tourism experience of ethnic museums.The tourism experience comes from the individual comprehensive cognition of the venue presentation,the quality of museum management and services,and the visitors experience of seeing the exhibition.Consequently,the experience of ethnic museums can be improved by shaping ethnic cultural landmarks,focusing on the presentation of ethnic features,innovating derivative services,and enriching digital exhibition forms.
