摘要
基于“木郁达之”理论,阐明“木郁”是癌因性疲乏发生的重要因素和发展的病理基础。“达之”作为通治“木郁”之法,可应用于治疗癌因性疲乏的全过程。立足整体观念,强调及时阻断癌因性疲乏中“因病致郁-因郁致病”恶性循环的重要意义,并提出以调达枢机、畅神达郁、安魂达神之法,使癌因性疲乏患者恢复至“形与神俱”的健康状态,真正实现“木郁达之”的目的,为癌因性疲乏的中医药治疗提供思路。
Based on the theory of “venting the wood constraint”,this paper clarifies that “wood constraint” is an important factor and the pathological basis in the occurrence and development of cancer-related fatigue(CRF).“Venting” method can be applied to the whole process of treating CRF as it is a general method to treat “wood constraint”.In addition,based on a holistic concept,this article emphasizes the importance of timely interrupting the vicious cycle of “liver constraint due to disease-disease caused by liver constraint” in CRF.By regulating cardinals,comforting the spirit and venting the constraint,calming ethereal soul and venting the spirit,finally the CRF patients are enabled to recover to a healthy state of “unity of body and spirit”,realizing the connotation of “venting the wood constraint”,and providing new ideas for the TCM treatment of CRF.
