摘要
传统汽车点火起动离不开起动电机作为必要零部件,然而在起动过程中常常出现拖尾音噪音较大的问题。本文以某车型的起动异响问题为研究对象,通过整车噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)测试分析,确认该异响属于起动电机与发动机飞轮脱离后的拖尾音。根据起动电机拖尾音产生的机理,对该问题的影响因素进行了详细分析。实施了以下优化措施:调整起动电机定子相邻磁钢磁场强度,增加碳刷的刷簧力,改变碳刷与换向器的接触方式,并对电枢滴漆工艺进行优化以增强绝缘漆的流动性,减少电枢铜线与铁芯之间的间隙。对优化方案进行验证,结果显示该车型起动电机拖尾音问题被有效解决。
Traditional automobile ignition relies on the starter motor as an essential component.However,during the startup process,there is often a problem with significant tailing noise.This paper focuses on the startup abnormal noise issue of a specific vehicle model.Through comprehensive Noise,Vibration,and Harshness(NVH)testing and analysis of the entire vehicle,it has been confirmed that the abnormal noise is attributed to the tailing noise generated after the disengagement between the starter motor and the engines flywheel.Based on the mechanism causing the tailing noise of the starter motor,a detailed analysis of the contributing factors was conducted.Several optimization measures were implemented,including adjusting the adjacent magnetic field intensity of the starter motors stator,increasing the brush spring force,altering the brush-commutator contact,and optimizing the varnish process on the armature to enhance the flow of insulation varnish and reduce the gap between the armatures copper wire and the core.The validation of these optimization measures shows that the startup tailing noise problem of this vehicle model has been effectively resolved.
