一种新型海底软管裸露防护技术

摘要 针对某作业区海底软管裸露问题,提出了一种水下柔性防护毯(FPB-Subsea)裸露防护技术。比较了直接吹泥法、水泥压块、马克菲尔防护垫以及FPB-Subsea防护方案,阐述了FPB-Subsea现场施工过程以及施工后扫测结果。工程实践证明,DP2施工作业船配合水下自动脱钩释放系统的作业方式大大缩短了施工工期并避免了潜水作业风险,从侧扫声纳扫测结果来看FPB-Subsea全部覆盖在海底软管正上方。该施工技术成功应用,说明FPB-Subsea不仅适用于海底软管裸露防护,也适用于海底钢管及电缆裸露防护。 A flexible underwater protective blanket(FPB Subsea)exposed protection technology is proposed to address the issue of exposed submarine hoses in a certain work area.A comparison was made between direct mud blowing method,cement compaction method,Markfield protective pad,and FPB-Subsea protection scheme.The on-site construction process and post construction scanning results of FPB-Subsea were explained.Engineering practice had proved that the operation mode of DP2 construction work boat cooperating with underwater automatic decoupling release system had greatly shortened the construction period and avoided the diving operational risk.From the Side-scan sonar scanning results,FPB Subsea was completely covered above the submarine hose.The successful application of this construction technology indicated that FPB-Subsea was not only suitable for the protection of exposed submarine hoses,but also for the protection of exposed submarine steel pipes and cables.
