摘要
目的探讨经尿道钬激光碎石联合经尿道前列腺电切术应用于前列腺增生(BPH)合并膀胱结石治疗中对患者结石清除率及膀胱功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2021年1月本院收治的72例BPH合并膀胱结石患者作为研究对象,按照随机摸球法分为A组与B组,每组36例。A组采用经尿道钬激光碎石联合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,B组采用气压弹道碎石联合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,比较两组结石清除率、膀胱功能、并发症发生情况。结果A组一次性结石清除率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组膀胱顺应性(BC)、最大尿流率(Q_(max))、强烈尿感容量(SD)均高于治疗前,且A组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组并发症发生率(22.22%)低于B组(5.56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道钬激光碎石联合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗BPH合并膀胱结石能有效提高结石清除率,改善患者膀胱功能,减少并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of tranrethral holmium laser lithotripsy combined with transurethral electroprostate resection on stone clearance and bladder function in the treatment of patients with prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and bladder stones.Methods 72 patients with prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones from January 2016 to January 2021 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into group A and group B according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Group A was treated with transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy combined with transurethral electroprostate resection,and group B was treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy combined with transurethral electroprostate resection,the calculi clearance rate,bladder function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The one-time stone clearance rate in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bladder compliance(BC),maximum flowrate(Q_(max))and strongdesire(SD)were higher than those before treatment,and the group A were higher than the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A(22.22%)was lower than that in group B(5.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy combined with transurethral electroprostate resection can improve stone clearance,improve bladder function,and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
