摘要
船舶在遭遇碰撞搁浅事故时,加筋板是最先受到载荷的构件,其耐碰撞性能直接影响船体结构的安全性.文中以船体典型加筋板结构为研究对象,基于重量等效原则设计了结构近似的传统加筋板与U型加强筋加筋板,通过开展落锤碰撞试验,从损伤变形、碰撞载荷方面分析结构响应.结果表明,在相同撞击能量的情况下,U型加强筋加筋板的极限撞深与残余变形均小于传统加筋板,在碰撞后期,U型加强筋加筋板的碰撞力明显高于传统加强筋加筋板.
When a ship encounters collision and grounding accident,the stiffened plate is the first component to be loaded,and its impact resistance directly affects the safety of the ship structure.In this paper,the typical stiffened plate structure of ship hull is taken as the research object.Based on the principle of weight equivalence,the U-shaped stiffened plate with similar structure is designed.The structural response is analyzed from the aspects of damage deformation and impact load by carrying out drop hammer impact test.The results show that under the same impact energy,the ultimate impact depth and residual deformation of the U-shaped stiffened plate are smaller than those of the traditional stiffened plate,and the impact force of the U-shaped stiffened plate is obviously higher than that of the traditional stiffened plate in the late impact period.
