摘要
为研究悬停状态下不同旋翼间距对微型四旋翼无人机旋翼气动性的动态影响,进行数值模拟。运用滑移网格法计算并分析相同转速、不同旋翼间距下的四旋翼升力和扭矩的变化规律,以及旋翼流场和压强分布规律,结果表明:微型四旋翼无人机旋翼间存在气动干扰,合理的旋翼间距有助于提升四旋翼整体气动性能。通过试验和仿真对比发现旋翼间距2.8D(D=76.2 mm)是最佳的微型四旋翼无人机旋翼间距方案。
To study the dynamic effects of different rotor pitch on the rotor aerodynamics of micro-quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)in hover,a numerical simulation is conduc-ted.The sliding grid method is used to calculate and analyze the variation law of lift and torque of a quadrotor at the same speed and different rotor spacing,and the distribution law of rotor flow field and pressure.The results show that pneumatic interference exists between the rotors of the micro-quadrotor UAV,and reasonable rotor spacing is helpful to improve the o-verall aerodynamic performance of the quadrotor.It is found in the test and simulation that the rotor pitch 2.8D(D=76.2 mm)is the best rotor pitch scheme for micro-quad-rotor UAV.
