遮荫对白花泡桐叶片经济学、水力学和叶片大小性状的影响 被引量:1

Effects of shading on leaf economic traits,hydraulic traits and leaf size traits in Paulownia fortune

摘要 【目的】探究遮荫对白花泡桐叶片结构功能的影响。【方法】以白花泡桐(Paulownia fortunei)为材料,设置了无遮荫、(50%)中度遮荫和(90%)重度遮荫3个光照梯度,测定了不同光照处理下叶片经济学性状、水力学性状和叶片大小,分析3个性状间的关系。【结果】随遮荫程度的增加,叶片经济学性状中比叶面积显著增加,叶厚度、叶组织密度和比叶质量显著降低;叶水力学性状中叶脉密度、叶脉直径和气孔密度显著降低,而遮荫对气孔大小没有影响;遮荫后单个叶片面积显著增加。叶脉密度和叶脉直径呈强烈正相关关系,而气孔大小和气孔密度不相关,且叶片上述3类性状呈现较强的耦合关系。【结论】遮荫显著影响白花泡桐叶片的经济学性状、水力学性状和叶片大小。与中度遮荫相比,重度遮荫后叶经济学性状、水力学性状和叶片大小变化幅度更加明显。 【Objective】The purpose of our study is to explore the effect of different shading environments on leaf functional traits for Paulownia fortunei.【Method】Using the Paulownia fortunei as material,three light gradients were set up,namely no shading,medium(50%)shading,and heavy(90%)shading,respectively.We measured the leaf economic traits,leaf hydraulic traits and leaf size under different treatments,and the relationships among three leaf traits were analyzed.【Result】With the increase of shading intensity,specific leaf area in leaf economic traits increased significantly,while leaf thickness,leaf tissue density and specific leaf weight decreased significantly;leaf vein density,leaf vein diameter and stomatal density in leaf hydraulic traits significantly decreased,while stomatal size showed no response to the shading treatments;single leaf area,an index depicting leaf size,significantly increased after the shading.In addition,there was a strong and positive correlation between leaf vein density and leaf vein diameter,but no correlation between stomatal size and stomatal density.Moreover,a strong coupling of the leaf economic traits,leaf hydraulic traits and leaf size was found.【Conclusion】Shading significantly affected the leaf economic traits,leaf hydraulic traits and leaf size of Paulownia fortunei.Compared with the medium shading,much larger changes of the leaf traits were observed under the heavy shading.
