摘要
采用无底柱分段崩落法开采中厚急倾斜矿体时,如果采场结构与矿岩流动特征不匹配,则会造成矿石的损失与贫化,对矿产资源造成浪费。为解决此类问题,采用改流体放矿技术,在矿体倾角60°~70°及矿体厚度6~10 m的条件下,设计了9种放矿实验方案。每种方案采用改流体放矿方法与常规放矿方法进行对比。实验结果表明:利用改流体技术进行开采可以将矿石回收率提高19.25%~25.98%;在废石混入率相同的情况下,依旧可以将矿石回收率提高15.68%~25.46%;验证了改流体放矿技术用于中厚急倾斜矿体的可行性,也为中厚急倾斜矿体的开采提供了良好的思路。与此同时,实验探究了矿体倾角和矿体厚度两个影响因素对矿石回收率、贫化率的影响规律,结果显示:矿体倾角与矿体厚度对改流体放矿实验影响较大,对常规放矿实验影响较小。
When the sublevel caving method without a sill pillar is used to mine steeply inclined medium thick ore bodies,it will cause the loss and dilution of ore if the quarry structure does not match the flow characteristics of the ore rocks.To solve such problems,nine kinds of ore drawing experimental schemes were designed under the conditions of dip angle of orebody angle of 60°-70°and ore body thickness of 6-10 m by using modified fluid discharge technology.Each experiment was conducted using an aerated insert ore drawing method compared to the normal ore drawing method.Experimental results show that mining using the aerated insert ore drawing method can increase the ore recovery by 19.25% to 25.98%.The ore recovery rate can still be increased by 15.68% to 25.46% with the same waste in-ore rate.It verifies the aerated insert ore drawing method for steeply inclined medium thick ore bodies and also provides a good idea for the mining of steeply inclined medium thick ore bodies.At the same time,the experiment explored the influence of the two factors of the ore body inclination and ore body thickness on the ore recovery rate and the depletion rate,and the results show that:the influence of the ore body inclination and the ore body thickness is greater on the ore release experiment of insert,and the influence on the conventional ore release experiment is smaller.
