摘要
通过对氧化镁膨胀剂、水化热调节剂作用机理的研究,补偿收缩混凝土配合比的设计,现场数据的采集与监测,适宜的施工和养护措施,实现了夏热季节苏州地铁7号线车站混凝土侧墙验证段无有害裂缝的目标。结果表明,采用水化热调节剂复掺氧化镁膨胀剂,兼具延缓混凝土早期水化进程、补偿收缩的双重效果,降低了夏热季节因混凝土水化温升快引起的侧墙上下层扰动裂缝的风险。相较于空白混凝土,验证段中心部温度修正后28 d应变减少了127.5με,温峰降低约7℃,温峰时间延迟约9 h。
Through the study of the mechanism of MgO expansive agent and hydration heat regulator,design of shrinkage-compensating concrete mix proportion,field data collection and monitoring,and appropriate construction and maintenance measures,the goal of no harmful cracks in the concrete sidewall of Suzhou Metro Line 7 station in the summer hot season is achieved.The results show that:the use of hydration heat regulator combined with MgO expansive agent has the dual effects of delaying the early hydration process of concrete and compensating shrinkage.It also can reduce the risk of disturbance cracks in the upper and lower layers of the sidewall caused by the rapid temperature rise of concrete hydration in hot summer season.Compare with the blank control concrete,temperature-correction strain is reduced by 127.5μεafter 28 days,the temperature peak is reduced by about 7℃,and the temperature peak time is delayed by about 9 h.
