摘要
老化污油由于水和固体质量分数较高,直接掺入原油回炼易造成装置运行波动。为实现老化污油高效、快速净化,对膜强化传质净化处理技术进行升级,并以此为技术支撑,构建了一套2×10^(4)t/a工业装置。本文对老化污油高效分离净化技术进行了介绍,并对装置输入和输出物料性质进行了分析总结。运行过程中,各项检测结果完全达到技术指标要求,净化后污油可直接输送至常减压装置回炼。另外,装置污油回收率超过96.0%,大大减少了油泥产出量,降低了企业危废处置成本。
Due to the high water and solid content of aged oil,it was easy to cause fluctuations in device operation when directly mixed with crude oil for refining.To achieve efficient and rapid purification of aged oil,the membrane enhanced mass transfer purification technology had been upgraded.And based on this as technical support,a 20000 ton/year industrial device has been constructed.In this paper,the efficient separation and purification technology for aged oil was introduced,and the properties of the input and output materials of the device were analyzed and summarized.During the operation of the unit,all detection results fully met the technical requirements,and the purified waste oil transported to the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit could be directly recycled.In addition,the recovery rate of oil in this device exceeded 96.0%,greatly reducing the output of oil sludge and reducing the cost of hazardous waste disposal for enterprises.
