摘要
“双一流”是新时代高校建设的新政策新要求,对于没有成为“双一流”建设的应用型高校,更应该按照标准提高自身的人才培养质量,争取在下一轮政策中脱颖而出。从课程体系、考核机制、学生综合实践、多学科交叉复合能力等方面剖析了金融工程专业创新交叉复合人才培养模式的实践效果,提出从教学体系、科研体系、保障机制创新三个维度提升应用型高校创新交叉复合人才培养质量的新思路。
"Double first-class"is a new policy and new requirement for the construction of universities in the new era.For the applied colleges and universities that have not ranked the"double first-class"construction list,they should improve their talent cultivation quality according to the standard and strive to stand out in the next round of policy.The practical effects of training mode of innovative cross-composite talents of financial engineering majors are analyzed from the aspects of curriculum system,assessment mechanism,students'comprehensive practice and multidisciplinary cross-composite ability,and new ideas are proposed to improve the quality of innovative cross-composite talents training in applied colleges and universities from three dimensions of teaching system,research system and guarantee mechanism innovation.
