摘要
某钢厂生产的B350A圆钢在线超声波探伤发现存在芯部缺陷,通过对缺陷圆钢进行理化检验分析,表明:圆钢芯部缺陷为过烧所致,圆钢芯部偏析严重,共晶碳化物聚集且在热加工时难以得到固溶扩散均匀化;同时轧制过程中热量在芯部聚集未能及时释放,导致芯部过烧现象的发生,最后针对圆钢芯部缺陷产生的原因提出了改进措施。
The B350A round steel produced by a steel mill was found to have center defects by online ultrasonic inspection.Through physical analysis of the defective round steel,the results showed that:The center defects of the round steel is caused by overburning.The segregation of the steel is serious,and the eutectic carbides accumulate which is difficult to homogenize the solid solution diffusion during hot working.At the same time,the heat accumulation during rolling process fails to release in time,which leads to the overburning of the core.Finally,the improvement measures are put forward according to the causes of the defects.
