摘要
水泥窑协同处置固废是解决工业固废和生活垃圾主要途径之一。大部分固废具有一定的热值,可作为水泥窑替代燃料。文章简述了生物质燃料、工业废料、废旧轮胎、生活垃圾和污泥作为国内水泥窑替代燃料的研究现状,表明固废作为水泥窑替代燃料的应用前景是十分广阔的。同时提出目前水泥窑替代燃料存在的问题和解决途径。
Cement kiln collaborative disposal of solid waste was one of the main ways to solve industrial solid waste and household waste.Most of the solid waste had certain calorific value and can be used as substitute fuel for cement kiln.In this paper,the research status of biomass fuel,industrial waste,waste tire,household waste and sludge as the substitute fuel of cement kiln in China was briefly described.It showed that the application prospect of solid waste as the substitute fuel of cement kiln was very broad.And the existing problems and solutions of replacing fuel in cement kilns are proposed.
