摘要
目的调查老年人机构养老意愿的纵向变化趋势,为机构养老政策制定提供参考。方法搜集并分析中国1999-2020年有关老年人机构养老意愿的调查数据文献,运用横断历史元分析的方法进行研究。结果①1999-2020年间老年人机构养老意愿变迁无明显变化趋势,各年份中选择机构养老占比的中位数在6%~15%之间;②不同类型的老年人中,只有独居老年人机构养老意愿随年代变迁呈缓慢上升的趋势;③不同婚姻状况的老年人在机构养老意愿的选择有显著差异性。结论①受研究时间跨度小、研究对象受传统观念的影响、缺乏严格统一规范的问卷以及多种养老方式的涌现等因素影响,老年人机构养老意愿变迁无明显变化趋势;②独居老年人的生理、心理和社会角色的改变是导致其机构养老意愿随年代变迁呈缓慢上升趋势的主要原因;未婚的老年人相比已婚和其他(离异、丧偶或分居)的老年人更倾向于选择机构养老。为此,建议养老机构应以独居未婚的老年人为宣传重点和优化养老服务供给。
Objective To investigate the longitudinal change trend of the institutional care willingness of the elderly and provide reference for institutional pension policy formulation.Methods Collecting and analyzing the survey data from 1999-2020 by cross-temporal meta analysis.Results①There was no significant change in the institutional care willingness of the elderly between 1999 and 2020.②the tendency of the elderly living alone increased slowly with the change of age.③there was significant difference among the elderly with different marital conditions to choose institutional elderly care.Conclusion①Influenced by the short research time span,the influence of traditional concepts,the lack of strict,unified and standardized questionnaires,and the emergence of various pension methods,there is no obvious change in the institution care willingness of the elderly.To this end,it is suggested to improve the measurement scale and data and expand the scope of research subjects.②Changes in the physical,psychological and social roles of elderly people living alone are the main causes of their willingness increase slowly with age;Unmarried elderly people prefer to choose institutional caret than married and other(divorced,widowed or separated)elderly people.To this end,it is suggested that institutions care should focus on the elderly living alone as the publicity and optimize the supply of pension services.
