摘要
人才是推动行业发展的核心要素,伴随氢能产业在我国大政方针引导下的快速发展,国家对氢能产业人才的需求也日渐提升。目前,我国氢能产业人才发展面临高端技术人才紧缺、人才专业能力不足、企业引才用才难等问题。因此,加大人才政策支持、促进政产学研深度融合、创新人才培养体系、不断探索氢能产业人才发展路径对整个产业的进步有着重要意义。
Talent is the core element driving the development of the industry.With the rapid development of the hydrogen energy industry under the guidance of China's major policies,the demand for hydrogen energy industry talents is also increasing day by day.At present,the development of China's hydrogen energy industry talents is facing problems such as a shortage of high-end technical talents,insufficient professional abilities of talents,and difficulty in introducing and using talents for enterprises.Therefore,increasing talent policy support,promoting deep integration of government,industry,universities and research institutes,innovating talent training systems,and continuously exploring the development path of hydrogen energy industry talents are of great significance to the progress of the entire industry.
