摘要
界定了数字基础设施的概念,并通过构建数字基础设施与城市技术创新的理论分析框架和城市数字基础设施评价指标体系,实证分析了我国287个城市数字基础设施对城市技术创新产出的影响。研究表明:数字基础设施是指以信息网络为基础,面向支撑经济社会数字化发展,综合应用信息技术,促进城市以及企业数字化转型、智能升级、融合创新等活动正常运行的物质工程设施和公共服务系统;中国数字基础设施水平整体呈现东部沿海城市及省会城市发展领先的态势;数字基础设施的发展对中国城市技术创新存在显著的促进作用,企业规模和政府支持对城市技术创新有显著影响。
This study defined the concept of digital infrastructure and constructed a theoretical analysis framework of digital infrastructure and urban technological innovation as well as an evaluation index system of urban digital infrastructure to empirically analyze the influence of urban digital infrastructure of 287 cities on urban technology innovation.The study shows that:Digital infrastructure refers to the physical engineering facilities and public service systems based on information networks,oriented to support the digital development of economy and society and the comprehensive application of information technology to promote the normal operation of digital transformation,intelligent upgrading,and convergence and innovation activities of cities as well as enterprises.The overall development level of China's digital infrastructure shows a leading trend in the development of eastern coastal cities and provincial capitals.The development level of digital infrastructure has a significant role in promoting technological innovation in Chinese cities.Enterprise size and government support have significant effects on urban technological innovation.
