摘要
为推动科技型中小企业协同创新与研发活动数字化转型,从知识共享、市场需求、技术变现及政策红利4个维度梳理出科技型中小企业数字化协同创新特征。在分析不同发展阶段创新资源、企业战略及发展目标等要素特征的基础上,归纳出技术协助型、研发集群型、价值链融合型3种数字化研发协同模式。基于网络分析法(ANP)构建了科技型中小企业数字化研发协同模式的评价方案,并面向云南多家典型科技型中小企业进行案例研究,最后给出相应政策建议。
In order to promote the collaborative innovation and digital R&D transformation of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),this study sorts out the characteristics of digital collaborative innovation of technology-based SMEs from four dimensions:knowledge sharing,market demand,technology realization,and policy dividends.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of elements such as innovation resources,corporate strategies and development goals at different development stages,this study summarizes the digital R&D collaboration models into three types,which are technology assistance type,R&D cluster type and value chain integration type.Based on the ANP method,this research constructed an evaluation method for the digital R&D collaboration model of technology-based SMEs,and conducted case studies on a number of representative technology-based SMEs in Yunnan Province,and put forward corresponding policy suggestions in four aspects:cultivating innovation ecology,optimizing development environment,promoting cluster development,and strengthening policy implementation.The results show that the digital R&D collaboration model and evaluation method constructed in this study are effective and feasible,and can provide theoretical and methodological references for improving the collaborative innovation capabilities of technological SMEs and matching the collaborative innovation model in the context of digital transformation.
