摘要
针对高硫高砷浸浸尾渣中金主要以类质同象的形式存在于铜、铅、锌硫化物中难回收的现象,提出“二段氧化焙烧预处理+金蝉浸出”工艺,探究焙烧温度、焙烧时间、浸出剂种类、用量、液固比、浸出时间等参数对该尾矿的浸出率的影响。结果表明:一段焙烧温度650℃、焙烧时间1 h、二段焙烧温度700℃、焙烧时间75 min、金蝉浓度为1.0 g/L、pH值为11.5、液固比2.5∶1、浸出时间32 h。此时,金的浸出率为72.53%,尾渣含金1.33 g/t;进一步对焙砂进行酸处理后,金的浸出率达到88.45%,尾矿含金0.55 g/t。
This paper aims to address the recover difficulty of gold in high sulfur and high arsenic leaching tailings in the form of isosimilarity existing in copper,lead and zinc sulfide,and proposes a process of "two-stage oxidation roasting pretreatment + Jincicada leaching".The study works by exploring the effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,leaching agent types,dosage,liquid-solid ratio and leaching time on the leaching rate of the tailings.The results show that the first stage roasting temperature is 650 ℃ with the roasting time 1 h;in the second stage,the roasting temperature is 700 ℃ with the roasting time 75 min,and the concentration of cicadas is 1.0 g/L,the pH value is 11.5,the liquid-solid ratio is 2.5∶1,and the leaching time is 32 h.In this case,the leaching rate of gold is 72.53%,and the tailings contains 1.33 g/t gold.After further acid treatment of calcine,the gold leaching rate reacheds 88.45%,and the tailings contains 0.55 g/t gold.
