摘要
为探究资源型城市建设用地时空演变过程与驱动机制,以鸡西市2010年、2015年和2020年的Landsat系列影像为基础数据,运用土地利用动态度和转移矩阵研究方法,分析了鸡西市的建设用地结构变化及空间扩张过程,利用CA-Markov模型对2025年土地利用状态进行预测与分析。结果表明:2010—2020年,鸡西市的耕地、水域、建设用地面积不断增加,但建设用地面积增长最大速率呈现减缓的特征;预测出2025年鸡西市的主要扩张形式将从快速外延式转为填充式,土地利用粗放的趋势得到了进一步改善。该研究可为鸡西市未来可持续发展规划提供参考依据。
This paper focuses on exploring the spatio-temporal evolution process and driving mechanism of construction land in resource-based cities.Based on the Landsat series images of Jixi city in 2010,2015 and 2020,the study includes analyzing the structural change and spatial expansion process of construction land in Jixi city by using dynamic attitude of land use and transfer matrix research methods;predicting and analyzing the land state in use in 2025 by using CA-Markov model.The results show that from 2010 to 2020,the area of cultivated land,water area and construction land in Jixi city is increasing continuously,but the maximum growth rate of construction land area is slowing down.It is predicted that the main expansion form of Jixi city in 2025 will change from rapid extension type to fill type,and the trend of extensive land in use has been further improved.This study can provide reference for Jixi city′s future sustainable development planning.
