AERSCREEN模型中城市/农村选项设置的探讨

摘要 AERSCREEN模型中城市/农村选项的选取方法,除按照大气导则附录B中的规定确定城市或农村选项外,还可利用遥感卫星数据反演的平均地表温度判断项目所在地是否存在着城市热岛效应来确定城市或农村选项。本文以发电项目为例,按照不同的选取方法设置不同的情景组合进行预测分析。结果表明,AERSCREEN农村选项下的最大浓度占标率和D10%最远距离估算结果明显高于城市选项下的估算结果。相比与AERMOD在相同的选项时,农村选项下的点源最大浓度占标率高估了25倍,面源D10%最远距离高估了5.3倍,而城市选项下的AERSCREEN和AERMOD预测结果更接近。 The selection method of urban/rural option in AERSCREEN model can be determined by using the average surface temperature inferred from remote sensing satellite data to determine whether there is an urban heat island effect at the project site,in addition to determining the urban or rural option as specified in Appendix B of the atmospheric guidelines.In this paper,we take power generation projects as an example and set up different scenario combinations for prediction analysis according to different selection methods.The results show that the maximum concentration occupancy rate and D10% farthest distance estimation results under AERSCREEN rural option are significantly higher than those under urban option.Compared with AERMOD at the same option,the maximum concentration occupancy rate of point sources under the rural option is overestimated by 25 times,and the D10% farthest distance of surface sources is overestimated by 5.3 times,while the prediction results of AERSCREEN and AERMOD under the urban option are more similar.
