摘要
目的分析经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的220例前列腺增生症患者作为研究对象,根据患者手术方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组110例。对照组采用传统开放性手术治疗,观察组采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,比较两组治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分表(IPSS)评分、围手术期指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果术前1 d,两组IPSS评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后3个月,两组IPSS评分均低于术前1 d,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为4.55%,低于对照组的19.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间、导管拔除时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症效果确切,可有效缓解患者前列腺增生症状,减少术后并发症的发生,且手术相关临床指标均较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 220 patients with prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different surgical methods,with 110 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with transurethral resection of the the prostate,the international prostate symptom scale(IPSS)scores before and after treatment,perioperative period indicators and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results 1 d before operation,there was no significant difference in IPSS score between the two groups;at 3 months after operation,the IPSS scores of the two groups were lower than those at 1 d before operation,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.55%,which was lower than 19.10%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time and catheter extraction time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia is effective,can effectively relieve the symptoms of hyperplasia of prostate,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and surgery related clinical indicators are good,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
