摘要
目的探讨显微镜下支撑喉镜手术治疗声带息肉的疗效及对患者嗓音恢复情况的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2021年4月本院耳鼻喉科收治的拟行声带息肉手术治疗的73例患者作为研究对象,采用随机摸球法分为对照组(n=37)与观察组(n=36)。对照组采用纤维喉镜下手术治疗,观察组采用显微镜下支撑喉镜手术治疗,比较两组嗓音恢复正常时间、声学参数及临床疗效。结果观察组嗓音恢复正常时间短于低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组基频微扰、声门噪声能量、振幅微扰比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组基频微扰、声门噪声能量、振幅微扰均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的78.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下支撑喉镜手术治疗声带息肉疗效显著,可进一步改善患者声学参数,缩短嗓音恢复时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of supporting laryngoscopy under microscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps and its influence on the recovery of patients'voice.Methods 73 patients undergoing vocal cord polyp surgery in the department of Otorhinolaryngology of our hospital from May 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(n=37)and the observation group(n=36)according to random ball touching method.The control group was treated with fiber laryngoscope surgery,and the observation group was treated with supporting laryngoscopy under microscope,the voice recovery time,acoustic parameters,clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The voice recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in fundamental frequency perturbation,glottic noise energy and amplitude perturbation between the two groups;after treatment,the fundamental frequency perturbation,glottal noise energy and amplitude perturbation of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 78.38%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Supporting laryngoscopy under microscope is effective in the treatment of vocal cord polyps,which can further improve the acoustic parameters of patients and shorten the recovery time of voice,it is worthy of clinical promotion application.
