摘要
目的 观察分析中药口服及穴位贴敷配合蒙脱石散治疗小儿非感染性胃肠炎的效果。方法 将江西省上高县人民医院收治的60例非感染性胃肠炎患儿随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上实施中医治疗,并观察2组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,试验组的总有效率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的退烧时间(1.39±0.31)d、止吐时间(1.7±0.6)d、止泻时间(1.6±0.5)d、住院时间(3.1±1.8)d,均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药口服及穴位贴敷配合蒙脱石散治疗小儿非感染性胃肠炎效果显著,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of oral administration of Chinese medicine and acupoint application combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of non-infectious gastroenteritis in children.Methods Sixty cases of infantile non-infectious enteritis in Shanggao People’s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder on the basis of basic treatment.Patients in the experimental group were treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group80.00%(24/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fever reduction time(1.39±0.31)d,antiemesis time(1.7±0.6)d,antidiarrheal time(1.6±0.5)d and hospitalization time(3.1±1.8)d of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Chinese medicine and acu-point application combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with non-infectious gastroenteritis is effective,it has high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
