摘要
目的分析多层螺旋CT与X线对肺癌的诊断价值。方法选取2018年6月至2020年12月于本院呼吸科就诊的82例疑诊肺癌患者作为研究对象,分别进行多层螺旋CT与X线检查。比较两种检查方法的检查费用及检查时间,以病理诊断结果为金标准,分析多层螺旋CT检查、X线检查结果及诊断符合率;比较两种检查方法对肺癌的诊断价值。结果多层螺旋CT检查的检查时间长于X线检查,检查费用高于X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多层螺旋CT检查检出肺癌阳性59例,阴性23例,X线检查检出肺癌阳性54例,阴性28例。多层螺旋CT检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度及诊断符合率分别为89.83%、86.96%、89.02%、89.02%,均高于X线检查的72.22%、39.29%、69.64%、60.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与X线检查比较,多层螺旋CT检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均较高,对肺癌的诊断价值更高,但X线检查价格低廉、迅速,可作为早期筛查手段。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray in lung cancer.Methods 82 patients with suspected lung cancer who were admitted to the department of Respiratory in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and who underwent multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray examination,respectively.The examination costs and examination time were compared between the two examination methods,and the results of multi-slice spiral CT examination,X-ray examination and the diagnostic coincidence rate were analyzed with pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard,the diagnostic value of two examination methods for lung cancer was compared.Results The examination time of multi-slice spiral CT was longer than that of X-ray examination,and the examination cost was higher than that of X-ray examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multi-slice spiral CT examination showed positive lung cancer in 59 cases and negative lung cancer in 23 cases,and the X-ray examination showed positive lung cancer in 54 cases and negative lung cancer in 28 cases.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy and diagnosis coincidence rate of multislice spiral CT were 89.83%,86.96%,89.02%and 89.02%,respectively,which were higher than 72.22%,39.29%,69.64%and 60.98%of X-ray examination,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with X-ray examination,multi-slice spiral CT examination has higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy and higher diagnostic value for lung cancer,however,X-ray examination is cheap and rapid,and can be used as an early screening method.
