摘要
目的探讨稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗对心律失常患者临床疗效、心功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月在郑州市中心医院治疗的88例心律失常患者为研究对象,按照随机摸球法分成治疗组(44例)和对照组(44例),治疗组给予稳心颗粒与胺碘酮联合治疗,对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、心功能及炎症因子水平。结果治疗组治疗有效率(93.18%)显著高于对照组(77.27%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)显著提高,左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)明显降低,但与对照组比较,治疗组LVEF、CO明显更高,LVESD明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平明显降低,且治疗组水平较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心律失常患者给予稳心颗粒与胺碘酮联合治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善心功能及炎症因子水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of Wenxin Granule combined with amiodarone on the clinical efficacy,cardiac function,and levels of inflammatory factors in patients with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 88 patients with arrhythmia treated in Zhengzhou Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into treatment groups(44 cases)and control groups(44 cases)according to the random ball-touch method.The treatment group was treated with Wenxin granule and amiodarone,and the control group was treated with amiodarone.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group(93.18%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.27%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac output(CO)were significantly increased,and left ventricular end-systolic inner diameter(LVESD)was significantly decreased in both groups.However,compared with the control group,LVEF,and CO in the treatment group were significantly higher,and LVESD was significantly lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-18(IL-18),and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wenxin granule and amiodarone in patients with arrhythmia can improve clinical efficacy,cardiac function,and inflammatory factor levels.
