摘要
本研究在大运河文化保护传承利用背景下,从水文化保护视角,讨论水利设施运行维护工作,梳理大运河文化保护传承利用工作背景,介绍水利设施保护与利用主要案例及现行法律法规对水利设施保护与利用有关规定,整理大运河北京段沿线主要水文化及水利设施,分析存在问题,从体系完善、水文化挖掘与融合、水利工程维护标准、部门沟通协调及宣传引导等方面提出解决方案,统筹推进区域内水利设施及水文化遗产保护利用。
This study discusses the operation and maintenance of water conservancy facilities from the perspective of water culture protection in the context of cultural protection,inheritance,and utilization of Grand Canal.This study summarizes the background of the cultural protection,inheritance,and utilization of Grand Canal,introduces the main cases of water conservancy facility protection and utilization,and the relevant provisions of current laws and regulations on water conservancy facility protection and utilization.It also sorts out the main water culture and water conservancy facilities along the Beijing section of Grand Canal,and analyzes the existing problems.This study proposes solutions from aspects such as system improvement,water culture excavation and integration,water conservancy engineering maintenance standards,departmental communication and coordination,and publicity and guidance.
