摘要
马氏体时效钢具有很高的强度和优良的加工性能,在航空航天、军工装备、汽车动力、精密仪器等领域有广泛应用。介绍了马氏体时效钢的发展历史、成分与性能特点、强韧化机理、制造工艺等,并重点分析了马氏体时效钢的疲劳性能与影响因素。马氏体时效钢以析出强化为主,屈服强度可以超过2 GPa,但超高强马氏体时效钢在一些情况下会发生疲劳强度随抗拉强度提高而降低的情况。提高钴含量,降低钛和铝含量,表面氮化、喷丸处理能够有效提高马氏体时效钢的疲劳强度。为满足耐超高周疲劳器件的制造需求,通过调整合金元素含量,严格控制杂质元素,结合适当的热处理调控析出物,抑制疲劳裂纹萌生,从而进一步提升高强马氏体时效钢的超高周疲劳性能,这是未来的一个发展趋势。
Martensitic aging steel has high strength and excellent processing performance,and is widely used in aerospace,military equipment,automotive power,precision instrument and other fields.The development history,composition and performance characteristics,toughening mechanism,manufacturing process,etc.of martensitic aging steel were introduced,and the fatigue property and influencing factors of martensitic aging steel were analyzed.Martensitic aging steel is mainly precipitation strengthening,and the yield strength can exceed 2 GPa,but the fatigue strength of ultra-high strength martensitic aging steel will decrease with the increase of tensile strength in some cases.Increasing cobalt content,reducing titanium content and aluminum content,surface nitriding and shot peening treatment can effectively improve the fatigue strength of martensitic aging steel.In order to meet the manufacturing need of ultra-high cycle fatigue resistant device,the ultra-high cycle fatigue performance of high-strength martensitic aging steel is further improved by adjusting the content of alloying elements,strictly controlling impurity elements,and controlling the precipitates combined with appropriate heat treatment,this is a future development trend.
