摘要
永磁同步电机应用广泛,其振动噪声的研究备受关注。以一台7.5kW8极48槽内置式永磁同步电机为研究对象,通过转子修型和定子斜槽方法进行振动噪声优化。对永磁同步电机的径向电磁力波阶次和噪声主要来源进行分析。通过转子修型和定子斜槽方法,抑制永磁同步电机的振动噪声,并通过有限元法对比分析优化前后永磁同步电机的各项电磁性能。对永磁同步电机定子进行锤击法模态测试,并进行样机空载振动噪声测试,对样机不同频段的振动特性进行分析。通过研究确认,转子修型和定子斜槽可以有效降低永磁同步电机的振动噪声。
The permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used,and research on the vibration and noise has attracted much attention.Taking a 7.5 kW 8-pole 48-slot built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object,vibration noise optimization was carried out by rotor modification and stator chute methods.The radial electromagnetic force wave order and the main noise sources of the permanent magnet synchronous motor were analyzed.Through the rotor modification and stator chute methods,the vibration noise of the permanent magnet synchronous motor was suppressed,and the electromagnetic properties of the permanent magnet synchronous motor before and after optimization were compared and analyzed by the finite element method.The modal test was carried aut by hammering method on the stator of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the no-load vibration noise test of the prototype was carried out,and the vibration characteristics of different frequency band of the prototype were analyzed.Through research,it is confirmed that the rotor modification and stator chute can effectively reduce the vibration noise of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.
