摘要
目的:探讨重症监护患者采用不同镇静镇痛用药方案的近期后遗效应。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月我院收治的100例重症监护患者,根据患者入院时的床位编号奇偶性分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组予以常规镇静镇痛药,研究组予以咪达唑仑+枸橼酸舒芬太尼,比较两组生命体征指标、临床指标及近期后遗效应。结果:用药后,研究组后心率、平均动脉压、呼吸频率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组拔管所用时间、苏醒与自主呼吸恢复用时、疼痛缓解时间、镇静起效时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组后遗效应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:咪达唑仑+枸橼酸舒芬太尼可以改善重症监护患者的生命体征,缩短患者的拔管所用时间、苏醒与自主呼吸恢复用时,且患者的疼痛缓解时间、镇静起效时间更短,近期后遗效应发生率更低,安全性更好。
Objective:To investigate the recent after-effects of different sedative and analgesic regimens in intensive care patients.Methods:A total of 100 intensive care patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the parity of bed number at admission,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine sedative and analgesic drugs,and the study group was given midazolam+sufentanil citrate.The vital signs,clinical indicators and recent sequelae were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the heart rate,mean arterial pressure and respiratory rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The extubation time,recovery and spontaneous breathing recovery time,pain relief time and sedation onset time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of sequelae in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Midazolam+sufentanil citrate can improve the vital signs of intensive care patients,shorten the time of extubation,recovery and spontaneous breathing recovery,and the pain relief time and sedation onset time of patients are shorter,the incidence of after-effects is lower,and the safety is better.
