摘要
该文介绍了医疗小丑的国内外发展、培训现状,系统综述医疗小丑服务对医护工作者的影响,包括对医护工作情绪、工作能力、人际关系的正面影响,以及存在的问题,旨在为医疗小丑在我国医疗机构中的应用提供参考。
This article introduced the development and training status of medical clowns at home and abroad,and systematically reviewed the effects of medical clowns on the work of healthcare staff,including the positive influences,such as working mood,working ability and interpersonal relationship,as well as the existing problems.The aim of this article was to provide references for the application of medical clowns in healthcare institutions in China.
