调车辅助系统技术在酒钢厂区的应用

摘要 酒钢厂内运输调车作业点多面广,随机性强。司机不能实时准确地掌握地面信号状态及机车位置,出现问题司机不能得到及时预警,机车运行中还存在一定的安全隐患。通过引进调车辅助系统,利用铁路机车精确定位、铁路信号识别与语音播报、机车驾驶安全导航、作业计划自动传输等功能,实现车列在运行中的安全防护预警、调车计划无线传输、机车定位及安全监控。 The transportation and shunting operations in JISCO Plant are diverse and have strong randomness.Drivers cannot accurately grasp the ground signal status and locomotive position in real-time,and if problems occur,drivers cannot receive timely warnings.There are also certain safety hazards during locomotive operation.By introducing a shunting assistance system and utilizing the functions such as precise positioning of railway locomotives,railway signal recognition and voice broadcasting,safe navigation of locomotive driving and automatic transmission of work plans,the safety protection warning,wireless transmission of shunting plans,locomotive positioning and safety monitoring during locomotive operation can be achieved.
