基于角度旋转控制平台的隧道瞬变电磁三维自动探测装备研发与应用

摘要 为了实现隧道开挖前方及周边部位地下水情况的探测预报,提高瞬变电磁现场数据采集时角度控制精度、降低现场数据采集的安全风险,提高瞬变电磁探测结果出图的时效性,开展隧道瞬变电磁三维智能预报设备和系统的研发。该装备以瞬变电磁定点转角度三维探测技术为基础,通过无线WIFI或者蓝牙通讯,实现远程控制数据的自动采集、自动出图等,提高了瞬变电磁探测成果资料提交的时效性,降低了探测过程中的安全隐患。通过在渝黔某高铁隧道现场探测应用,揭露结果与实际对应较好,验证该装备具有较好的实用价值。 To detect and predict the groundwater conditions in front of and surround the tunnel face,improve the angle control accuracy of transient electromagnetic field data collection,reduce the safety risks of field data collection,and improve the timeliness of transient electromagnetic detection results,the development of tunnel transient electromagnetic three-dimensional(3D)intelligent prediction equipment and system is conducted.Based on the 3D detection technology of fixpoint rotation angle in the tunnel,the equipment can realize remote control data automatic collection and automatic plotting through wireless WIFI or Bluetooth communication,improving the timeliness of submitting transient electromagnetic detection results and reducing the safety risks during detection.The application results of the equipment in a high-speed railway tunnel in Chongqing-Guizhou railway are good,validating its good practicability.
