摘要
详细分析了六种防腐方式的主要特性、工艺要求、使用条件、单位成本等,对内外防腐做了综合对比研究,并给出了相应的选择建议,即环氧煤沥青和FBE外防腐适用于一般腐蚀环境,3PE外防腐适用于强腐蚀环境;水泥砂浆内防腐对钢管前处理要求低,具有自愈性,液体环氧涂料和FBE内防腐对钢管前处理要求高,液体环氧涂料适用性广,FBE内防腐一般宜与FBE外防腐同时使用。
The paper analyzes the main features,craft requirements,working conditions and unit cost of six corrosion prevention methods,mainly undertakes comprehensive contrast research on the internal and external corrosion prevention,and provides suggestions for selecting the methods accordingly that the epoxy coal tar and FBE external corrosion prevention can be adopted on common corrosion environments,3PE external corrosion used in highly corrosive environments,the cement mortar internal corrosion prevention has lower requirement for the pre-treatment of steel pipe with the self-healing nature,and the liquid epoxy coating and FBE internal corrosion prevention have higher requirement for the pre-treatment of steel pipe,and clarifies the liquid epoxy coating has extensive application while FBE internal corrosion prevention can be used with FBE external corrosion prevention simultaneously.
