摘要
基于我国快递包装物消耗的整体情况和产品全生命周期理念,从生产设计、运输配送、回收处理等方面分析了快递包装的现存问题,并通过建立适当的政府规制体制、打造快递包装信息化产品、建立快递包装物回收站点、搭建信息分析和管理平台四个方法实现对快递包装物回收体系的构建,形成各关联主体共同参与回收的良好工作格局,助力新时代生态文明建设。
Based on the overall consumption of express packaging materials in China and the concept of product lifecycle,the paper analyzes the existing problems of express packaging from the aspects of production design,transportation and distribution,and recycling treatment.By establishing appropriate government regulatory systems,creating information products for express packaging,establishing express packaging material recycling sites,and building information analysis and management platforms,the paper constructs an express packaging material recycling system.A good work pattern can be formed in which all related entities participate in recycling together,helping to promote the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.
