摘要
当前,以大数据技术为基础的电子信息化档案管理模式已经在很多事业单位中得到了较好的应用,通过计算机与大数据技术,对事业单位的档案进行分类与储存,能够较好地优化传统以纸质管理模式为主的档案管理,有助于事业单位全面、及时、准确地了解当前单位的发展,以做出更加精准的决策。基于此,事业单位在开展档案管理的过程中,应当重视电子信息化档案管理模式的有效利用,通过构建完善的电子信息化档案管理体系,强化数字化档案系统开发,优化专业化及信息化专业人才培养模式,构建安全等级更高的防护措施,不断强化电子信息化档案管理模式在事业单位档案管理中的有效应用,提高事业单位档案管理的应用成效。
At present,the electronic information archives management mode based on big data technology has been well applied in many institutions.By classifying and storing the archives management of institutions with the advantages of computer and big data technology,the traditional paper-based archives management mode can be well solved,which helps institutions to fully,timely and accurately understand the current development of institutions and make more accurate decisions.Based on this,in the process of archives management,institutions should pay attention to the effective use of electronic information archives management mode,and constantly strengthen the effective application of electronic information archives management mode in archives management of institutions by building a perfect electronic information archives management system,strengthening the development of digital archives system,strengthening the professional and information professional training mode,and building protective measures with higher security level,so as to improve the application effect of archives management of institutions.
