摘要
为研究动车组修程修制优化改革中检修周期和服役寿命延长后轴箱轴承服役安全性和可靠性问题,基于寿命等效强化理论,结合轴承结构、受力特点、运行工况和赫兹接触理论,提出了一种能够指定运行里程和疲劳循环次数的滚动接触疲劳试验方法。应用该方法完成了动车组轴箱轴承小试样滚动接触疲劳试验,通过分析相关试验数据,研究了试样微观组织的演变规律。研究结果表明:随着模拟里程增大,试样表面状态和性能仍处于稳定状态。相关研究工作验证了延长轴承服役寿命的可行性。该试验方法可以显著缩短疲劳试验周期,具有良好的可行性和操作性,可推广应用到其他类型轴承的疲劳寿命试验研究中。
Based on life equivalent strengthening theory,combined with bearing structure,stress characteristics,running conditions and Hertz contact theory,a rolling contact fatigue test method which could specify running distance and number of cycles was proposed.This test method above was used for researching the problem of service safety and reliability of axle-box bearing after the maintenance cycle and service life were extended in the optimization reform of EMU repair class and repair system.The rolling contact fatigue tests of EMU axle-box bearing with small sample were completed by using this test method.By analyzing the relevant test data,the evolution law of the bearings sample's microstructure was studied.The results show that the surface status and material properties of the bearing sample remain in a steady state following the increase of simulation mileage.The feasibility of extending service life of bearings has been verified by relevant research work.This test method can significantly shorten the fatigue test cycle,and has good feasibility and operability which can be applied to test study on life extension of other similar bearings.
