摘要
介绍了反渗透+化学沉淀组合工艺技术处理化工厂锅炉排污水的工程应用实例,该工艺技术简单可行,设备占地面积小,处理系统运行稳定,出水水质可以达到一级除盐水水质要求,从而实现对锅炉排污水的高品质回收利用,并进一步实现锅炉排污系统的零排放。
An engineering case of combined reverse osmosis and chemical precipitation process for recycling boiler blow-down water of a chemical plant is introduced.The combined process technology is simple and feasible with small equipment area and stable operation,and the produced water can meet the requirements of Grade I demineralized water quality,so as to realize high-quality recovery and utilization of boiler effluent,and further realize zero discharge of boiler blow-down system.
