摘要
目的 就自拟强心汤治疗慢性心衰(CHF)患者心功能的临床价值予以观察分析。方法 分析2019年8月—2021年6月接受医院诊疗服务的CHF患者信息,挑选80例入组,对照组、观察组各纳入40例,分别采取常规西药治疗方案、常规+自拟强心汤治疗联合方案,分析其价值。结果 临床治疗总有效率、运动耐力指标方面,观察组指标水平优势更显著(P<0.05);LVEDD(左室舒张末期内径)、LVEF(左心室射血分数)以及LVESD(左心室收缩末期内径)水平,用药后的观察组各指标水平优化程度更明显(P<0.05)。结论 就CHF患者而言,基于常规西药治疗措施联合中药自拟强心汤可达到疗效最大化效果,患者心功能指标水平更平稳,心脏负荷更轻,心功能恢复效果更确切、更理想,有临床指导价值。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value of Self-Made Qiangxin Decoction(自拟强心汤)treating the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods The information of CHF patients who received TCM treat⁃ment services from the hospital from August 2019 to June 2021 were analyzed,and 80 cases were selected,40 cases were in the reference group and 40 cases in the observation group,respectively.The conventional western medicine treatment regimen and conventional+Self-Made Qiangxin Decoction combined treatment regimen were respectively adopted to analyze the value.Results In terms of the total effective rate and exercise endurance indexes,the index level of the observation group was more signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).The levels of LVEDD(left ventricular end-diastolic diameter),LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction)and LVESD(left ventricular end-systolic diameter)were more optimized in the observation group after medication(P<0.05).Conclusion on ns s For patients with CHF,Qiangxin Decoction based on conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine can achieve the maximum therapeutic effect,the level of cardiac function indicators in patients is more stable,the heart load is lighter,and the recovery effect of cardiac function is more accurate and ideal,and it has clinical guiding value.
