摘要
风力发电的不确定性使风电场难以实现精准地优化调控。为此,该文提出一种无功快速跟踪优化方法,解决风机功率短期波动导致风电场运行状态偏移的问题。总控单元通过集中式无功优化获得风电场时段最优运行点,各风机控制单元利用梯度跟踪技术快速调节无功,实现对时段内风机功率短期波动的跟踪优化。所有风机的分布式跟踪优化共同组成风电场系统性的跟踪优化。通过我国某实际风电场案例,验证了所提方法的有效性。结果表明,快速跟踪优化方法能够有效降低系统网损,提高电压质量,缩小风电场优化时间尺度。
The uncertainty nature of wind power generation leads to the difficulty for wind farm to precisely achieve the optimal regulation and control.Therefore,this paper proposes a fast-tracking optimization method to solve the operating state shifting caused by short-term fluctuations of wind generations.The centralized optimization is performed to obtain timeinterval optimal operating point in central control unit,and each wind generator controller regulates its reactive power rapidly by utilizing gradient tracking technology to achieve fast-tracking optimization for short-term power fluctuations within time interval.The distributed fast-tracking optimizations at all wind generators together constitute the systematic tracking optimization of the whole wind farm.The effectiveness of proposed method is verified by a case study of a wind farm in China.The simulation results show that the fast-tracking optimization method can effectively reduce the power loss,improve voltage quality,and shorten the temporal scale of optimization for wind farm.
