摘要
我国历代医家提倡细嚼慢咽,但现代社会中,许多人存在长期进食过快的问题。根据相关研究及临床观察,长期进食过快既是不良习惯,又是致病因素。长期快速进食可损伤脾气,使饮食积滞,从而生湿、生痰、生瘀,然后变生浊毒,导致多个脏腑损伤,引发多种疾病。其致病体现为持久性、全身性和多发性,主要表现为舌苔垢浊、口秽、失眠、大便异常等。目前,医学类书籍尚未给予长期进食过快明确释义,人们不能深刻认识其具体危害,难以践行正确的进食方式。文章探讨长期进食过快相关内容,以期为医者溯源病因提供参考,为患者防治疾病提供帮助。
Chinese doctors in previous dynasties advocated chewing carefully and swallowing slowly,but in modern society,many people have the problem of eating too fast for a long time.According to relevant research and clinical observation,eating too fast for a long time is not only a bad habit,but also a pathogenic factor.Eating too fast for a long time can damage the temper and make the food stagnation,resulting in dampness,phlegm and blood stasis,and then become turbid poison,resulting in multiple viscera damage and a variety of diseases.Its pathogenesis is manifested in persistence,systemic and multiple,mainly including dirty tongue coating,mouth filth,insomnia,abnormal stool,and so on.At present,medical books have not given a clear definition of eating too fast for a long time.People can’t deeply understand its specific harm and it’s difficult to practice the correct way of eating.This article discusses the relevant contents of eating too fast for a long time,in order to provide reference for doctors to trace the cause and help patients prevent and treat diseases.
