Review on the effects of different dietary patterns on polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种女性常见的生殖内分泌疾病。近年来,各种饮食模式被应用到PCOS患者(特别是肥胖型PCOS)的临床治疗和研究中。常见的有利于PCOS治疗的饮食模式包括地中海饮食、得舒饮食、生酮饮食、高蛋白饮食、低碳水化合物饮食和低血糖生成指数饮食等,饮食模式干预能在一定程度上改善患者的临床症状,同时对PCOS的伴随症,如2型糖尿病、代谢综合征、胰岛素抵抗等亦有疗效。文章综述饮食干预在PCOS治疗中的疗效作用,旨在为PCOS治疗,尤其是肥胖型PCOS,对临床PCOS患者健康教育,调整饮食结构,建立健康的生活方式进行提供一定的参考依据,从而服务和指导临床。 Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common reproductive endocrine disease in women.In recent years,a variety of dietary patterns have been applied to the clinical treatment and research of PCOS patients,especially the obese PCOS.Common dietary patterns conducive to the treatment of PCOS include mediterranean diet,dietary approaches to stop hypertension-hypertension(DASH),ketogenic diet,high protein diet,low carbohydrate diet and low glycemic index diet.Dietary pattern intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of patients to a certain extent,and is also effective for PCOS concomitant diseases,such as type 2 diabetes,metabolic syndrome,and insulin resistance.This paper reviews the therapeutic effects of dietary intervention in the treatment of PCOS,aiming to provide a certain reference basis for the PCOS patients,especially for the obese PCOS patients,health education for clinical PCOS patients,adjustment of the dietary structure,and establishment of a healthy lifestyle are provided,so as to serve and guide clinical practice.
