摘要
[目的/意义]从用户信息焦虑视角切入,挖掘用户信息焦虑纾解与医疗健康大数据价值实现的关系,并分析价值实现的影响因素及其组合路径,有利于新时代我国医疗健康事业与医疗健康产业的发展。[方法/过程]以信息焦虑理论与MOA理论框架为指导,首先通过随机田野实验证明信息焦虑纾解有利于医疗健康大数据价值实现,同时发现影响医疗健康大数据价值实现的条件变量,采用问卷调查收集相关数据,利用模糊集定性比较法详尽分析其影响因素与组合路径。[结果/结论]研究客观信息环境、信息质量认知、信息时效、信息安全、信息检索能力、信息利用能力等不同变量因素对用户信息焦虑与医疗健康大数据价值实现的影响,得到6条组合路径,即客观信息环境缺失型、机会主导的动机和能力融合型、能力主导的动机和机会融合型、低能力下的质量和安全妥协型、信息安全要素缺失型以及低能力下的时效和安全妥协型,该组合路径可为医疗服务机构改善信息化建设、完善数字化转型以及提高用户体验提供要素参考。
[Purpose/Significance]From the perspective of user information anxiety,this paper explores the relationship between user information anxiety relief and the realization of the value of medical and health big data,and analyzes the influencing factors and their combination paths of value realization,which is conducive to the development of China's medical and health industry in the new era.[Method/Process]Guided by the information anxiety theory and MOA theoretical framework,the study first proved that information anxiety reduction was conducive to the realization of the value of medical and health big data through random field experiments,and found the conditional variables that affect the realization of the value of medical and health big data.Then it collected relevant data through questionnaire survey,and analyzed its influencing factors and combination paths in detail using the fuzzy set qualitative comparison method.[Result/Conclusion]The study discusses the impact of different variable factors such as objective information environment,information quality cognition,information timeliness,information security,information retrieval ability,and information utilization ability on user information anxiety and the realization of medical and health big data value.Six combination paths are obtained,namely objective information environment deficiency type,opportunity driven motivation and ability fusion type,ability driven motivation and opportunity fusion type,and quality and safety compromise type under low ability,Missing information security elements type and type of time efficiency and safety compromise under low capacity.The combination path can provide element reference for medical service institutions to improve information construction,improve digital transformation and improve user experience.
